Promon seeks new talent

Promon, a Brazilian company specializing in the integration of complex solutions for infrastructure sectors of the economy, has begun selection for its 2006 trainee program.

Places are available for undergraduate students of business administration, systems analysis, computer science, social communication, economics, engineering, secretaryship, journalism, advertising and marketing. Candidates must be taking the penultimate or last year of a degree course in 2006. Fifty trainees were selected last year from approximately 2,000 candidates.

“The trainee program gives students an opportunity to put the theories they study at university into practice and to experience the values of an organization,” says Marcia Fernandes, director of human resources. Promon seeks students with enthusiasm, the ability to innovate, creativity, entrepreneurship and team spirit.

Promon will participate in major recruiting events in order to publicize its trainee program. It will be at the University of São Paulo’s Polytechnic (POLI/USP) on August 18-17 and the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ) on August 16-19, for example.

Candidates may apply by registering online at www.promon.com.br not later than September 30.
